**How You'll Perform The Role**
This person will report to the Plant manager and is responsible for all demand, capacity and network planning activities of Novolex’s De Luxe business unit. The Supply Chain Manager will serve as the key connection point that links and synthesizes activities of the Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution and Procurement functions.
Tasks & responsabilities
- Lead day-to-day activities of Sales & Operations planning team for the for the Novolex De Luxe business unit
- Drive and execute regular Sales and Operations planning activities amongst the Sales, Manufacturing and Procurement functions consisting of, but not limited to:
- Consensus demand planning
- Manufacturing capacity and network optimization
- Inventory optimization
- Facilitate the development of the regular S&OP plan through monthly meetings/interactions with functional business leaders
- Create and lead communication of monthly S&OP plans to corporate executives
- Ensure KPIs are accurate and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion
- Coordinate special projects aimed at alleviating demand/supply imbalances and improving overall “order to cash” efficiency of the business unit
- Help to drive best practices and S&OP standardization across all Novolex business units
- Assist with the refinement of item master/item routing setup & bill of materials for new and existing SKUs
- All other related tasks
**What We Need From You**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree required with major in a technical field preferred (e.g., industrial engineering, business, etc.); MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Formal education and/or certificates in Supply Chain concepts also a plus
- 5-7 or more years of experience in a related field preferred
- Strong competencies and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience working with ERP systems a strong plus
