**Who are we?**
Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc] is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU). LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).
Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.
**Role and context**
Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, before, during and after their charter, through all the communication channels available to them.
**Specific job requirements**
- Ability to interact with a diverse customer base (in French and English)
- Willingness to work part-time with flexible day and night hours
- Availability: between 5pm and 9pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, between 5pm and 2am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and at weekends.
- Salary from $17.30/hour or according to experience
**Key responsibilities**
- Greet travellers in a professional and courteous manner
- Check in passengers and baggage
- Ensure the validity of documents (passport, visa, etc.)
- Coordinating passenger boarding
- Ensuring cargo reservations and handling
- Offering outstanding customer service
- Invoicing
- Answering customers on the telephone line
- Assist passengers with accommodation and transport bookings, as required
**Key skills**
- Knowledge of Word and Excel and Internet research methods
- Meticulousness, attention to detail and speed of execution.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
