Blinds Installer

**Location**: Greater Toronto Area
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Contract

**Position Overview**:
The Blinds Installer will be responsible for installing a variety of custom window treatments in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires technical proficiency and excellent customer interaction skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install different types of window coverings including roller, zebra, Shangri-La, honeycomb, Roman blinds, shutters, and drapery rods
- Conduct on-site measurements and ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and provide solutions
- Demonstrate product functionality to clients post-installation
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work environments
- Communicate with sales and admin teams to confirm project scope

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in window blind or shutter installation
- Skilled with drills, levels, saws, and other hand tools
- Ability to work on ladders and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid G driver’s license and own transportation preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Field-based role with travel to multiple job sites per day
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends depending on job volume
