**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced FX risk management professional to play a key role into increasing OFX market share in the currency hedging space in North America. Reporting to the FX Hedging Director, this role’s main responsibility is to increase hedging revenue by onboarding new hedging clients and manage the day to day of those relationships. This is a Business Development and Client Relationship role (Hybrid) where experience and connections in the FX and payments space should be leveraged to grow OFX’s overall hedging book of business.
**What you do**
- Exemplary FX risk management, executive communication, and presentation skills. You will be originating and representing OFX in complex transactions and should drive our values with every interaction.
- Formulate and execute the OFX Foreign Exchange Risk Management strategy by actively identifying, prospecting, developing, and personally closing key corporate accounts with complex payments and Foreign Exchange requirements. Examples of these clients include large Canadian and US corporates.
- Drive and grow revenue via the acquisition and management of key Risk Management accounts.
- Stay informed on all relevant industry trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Represent OFX at various industry conferences and networking events.
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, value proposition, compliance constraints, and knowledge of how Fintech works for our Risk Management level clients.
- Ensure clients are onboarded as quickly as possible while maintaining an excellent client experience.
- Contribute to Foreign Exchange Risk Management product development by being the voice of the client.
- You will develop collaborative working relationships with key internal departments such as Sales, Dealing, Marketing, Compliance, Treasury, and Finance to define solutions and scalable business processes for Risk Management clients.
**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Extensive sales experience with proven B2B consultative / solution Risk Management level sales experience, (ideally in FX payments/financial services/banking).
- Sharp strategic thinker who can design and execute a vision with global complexity. Ability to adapt to and lead through fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments, and complex sales cycles.
- Experience independently identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing strategic Hedging solutions, including those that require deep sales and product integrations.
- Strong familiarity with Treasury data platforms and software tools including data, analytics, cloud, marketing automation, and CRM.
- Strong pipeline management skills, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proven success building strong client relationships with key decision-makers using industry, technical and interpersonal skills, and knowledge.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Adept at working as both an individual contributor and in a leadership role, creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and a cohesive team effort.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a sound ability to present clearly at the Board level.
