Our dynamic team consists of Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Acupuncturist. As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking an aspiring Chiropractor to join our team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and understanding X-rays or other diagnostic images
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, home care exercise, and other relevant recommendations
- Educate patients about their health concerns and preventive measures for maintaining optimal spinal health
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional patient care, empathy, and professionalism

**Qualifications**:

- Valid chiropractic license in BC
- Graduation from an accredited chiropractic program
- 2 years of Chiropractic experience preferred
- Working by Chiropractic college standards of practice and evidence-based clinical practice
- Passionate about empowering patients and promoting wellness
- Ability and understanding of Return To Play protocols and creation of individualized rehabilitation programs
- Strong soft-tissue and manual therapy skillset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well within a multidisciplinary team and with a diverse population of clients
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Alternative physical treatment techniques would be an asset. Recommended

Background in the following CE courses (not limited to) : DNS, FRS, IASTM, McGillMethod, Neurodynamics

Compensations and offers
- Independent contract model with a competitive percentage split
- Flexibility with scheduling/vacation time
- Front desk staff, full administrative support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
