Car Wash Attendant

This position is for permanent shifts from **Monday to Friday (11 am -7:30PM)**.
**NO STUDENTS SHOULD APPLY AS THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL TIME JOB.**
**Responsibilities**:
Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Selling car wash services and monthly subscriptions to customers.
Loading cars onto the track for the wash process.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the car wash lot at all times.
Working independently and efficiently under pressure, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a satisfactory manner.
Engaging in physical activities such as walking back and forth, as this job requires physical fitness.
Proactively greet and engage with all customers entering the wash area
Understand car wash packages and “Daily Wash Club” program details
Be knowledgeable of our offerings and prices
Act as a brand ambassador when communicating with customers
Suggestively sell “Daily Wash Club” carwash subscriptions, or upsell customers on car wash packages like interior cleaning or premium car wash packages
Manage traffic volume effectively to maximize throughput of cars on busy days
