We’re on the hunt for a **detail-loving, vinyl-wielding Lay-Up Technician** to join our fast-paced, creative production team. Whether you’ve worked with vinyl before or you're just naturally precise and ready to learn — we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Transforming vinyl decals into clean, professional signage
- Operating large-format printers and plotters
- Keeping surfaces bubble-free and perfectly aligned
- Cutting, trimming, assembling, and helping package finished signs
- Keeping your workspace tidy, efficient, and safe

**What You Bring**:

- Sharp eyes and steady hands
- Comfort with tools like knives, squeegees, and trimmers
- A reliable, team-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active on your feet
- Bonus points for sign shop or vinyl experience (but not required — we’ll train you)

Pay: $19.50-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
