Under the general direction of the Manager, Accounting, the Accounting Associate (Revenue) is primarily responsible for the preparation of non-student revenue invoicing; maintaining the sales order module and other invoicing systems; invoice filing systems; posting and responding to payment inquiries from customers; deposit reminders and collections. The Accounting Associate (Revenue) also reviews daily banking and receipts from various non-student revenue streams, and takes a lead role in the processes required for producing monthly bank reconciliations.

The Accounting Associate (Revenue) is also responsible for accounting for all continuing studies revenue and processing of continuing studies receipts and refunds. The role also provides back up support for the other Accounting Associate roles.
- Job Requirements- Minimum of three years related administrative experience
- Minimum of two years of AR and accounting experience, or level two CGA or equivalent obtained through an accounting designation program or post secondary institution
- Ability to multi task, set priorities, and cope with interruptions
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Organized self starter with strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to exercise initiative, good judgment, confidentiality and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume, high pressure workload and deadlines
- Strong computer skills using MS Office suite of software, knowledge or experience with Agresso Financials an asset
- Additional Information- This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at ADM-D with a salary range of $51,915 (minimum) to $61,077 (midpoint) to $70,238 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
