Drive Sandoz to #1 by unlocking faster and broader reimbursement of our products. As part of the Canadian Market Access and Reimbursement team, this role is critical in ensuring the timely submissions and listings of products by working collaboratively with all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Help with the process and management of prices for Sandoz products.
- Assist in assessing and communicating with other Departments, mainly Sales and Marketing accurate and realistic pricing information.
- Understand provincial listing processes and procedures and implement knowledge to assure quicker listings.
- Assist in keeping all Provincial requirements up to date for all the different types of submissions.
- Ensure products remain listed on Provincial Formulary and third-party lists. Inform provinces of product changes as required (e.g., price, manufacturing, formulation, availability etc.)
- Monthly provincial formulary review.
- Communicate with other Departments and procure the necessary documents from them on schedule.
- Assist the manager to respond to requests from Provincial authorities and other parties.
- Adheres to all applicable company procedures and policies (Finance, Health & Safety, HR, Information Technology, etc.) and any other regulatory requirements related to the Pharmaceutical Industry (GMP, etc.).

Minimum Requirements

What you need for this role:

- Bachelor in science, administration, finance, business or marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Good knowledge regarding MS Office Suite with advance level in Excel.
- Can-do positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to details skills.
- Analytical skills; familiar with Excel.
- Possess or gain basic knowledge of Health Canada Guidelines and Policies, Food and Drug Act, pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance initiative and Provincial Formulary Requirements
- Result oriented and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and French. This position requires to interact across Canada.
