Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Duties
Customer Service:

- Facilitate the customer experience from start to finish
- Work with Outside Sales Team to help manage customer base
- Capture, analyze, report on competitive market pricing and service activity
- Analyze customer performance and produce KPI reports
- Utilize Salesforce platform to capture all customer data
- Handle retail customer payments/transactions in-person

Operations Support:

- Operate state-of-the-art scale office
- Manage scale traffic efficiently while capturing all customer information accurately
- Create scale tickets, enter weights and prices into internal operating system
- Communicate and collaborate with other facilities/team members on key customer focused areas
- Manage all inbound phone calls directly or via transfers to proper department after qualification in a professional and competent manner
- Perform housekeeping to ensure work area cleanliness
- Perform variety of opening and closing duties daily including cash in/out

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years customer service experience
- Valid drivers license
