**Admissions Advisor (LatAm)**

**Position Summary**:

- The successful incumbent is responsible for the recruitment, screening and admissions support of domestic and international students to the College. He/she also works with Agents and the Global Admissions team at LCI Education on behalf of our international student base. This role is specifically focused on recruitment and admissions support of students from India, and closely surrounding regions.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Actively recruit domestic and international students
- Hold strong knowledge of college programs
- Exceptional EQ with the ability to read your market, and recruit students who are the right fit for our programs providing a meaningful educational experience
- Manage inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Schedule and conduct telephone and in person interviews with prospective students
- Liaise with Agents regarding admission requests made for their recruited students
- Participate in admission and enrollment activities, including but not limited to, open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, and other related events
- Perform other related duties, as assigned

**Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)**:

- Knowledge:

- Education in Administration, Sales, Communication or Business
- Relevant and meaningful work experience in a related field while meeting specific and measurable objectives that contributed to the overall success of an organization
- Previous experience working in an admissions or student recruitment environment
- A sincere interest in helping others achieve their life goals
- Must be able to communicate in Spanish

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal English skills, a second language preferred
- Demonstrate technical expertise utilizing a variety of IT systems including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, student recruitment and retention platforms, etc.
- Administrative, sales and/or marketing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a range of populations
- Effective team and partnering skills
