**The Position**
- The Sales Consultant is a primary conduit through which we build our client relationships and as a Sales Consultant, you market yourself, our brand and our organization each day. You are a bright, energetic, driven individual who believes that the path to success is paved with hard work, dedication, and exceptional relationship building.
- Report to the Sales Manager and General Sales Manager
- This position is full time, Monday - Saturday with a weekday and Sunday off
- Dealership hours of 8:30am - 6:00pm (closed Sundays and statutory holidays)

**The Requirements**
- 2+ years relevant experience in a retail / commission sales environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Passion for the automotive industry
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Appreciation for professionalism, processes, and structure
- Ability to prioritize in a fast pace work environment
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Valid and clean driver’s abstract
- One-Eighty experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
