The Vancouver Coastal division is responsible for regional delivery of services and programs that support positive and healthy outcomes for children, youth and their families. **The Role** The Office Assistant provides general administrative, clerical, and program support to the work unit. **Qualifications**: Education and Experience Requirements - Secondary school graduation or equivalent. - Experience working in an office setting. Preference may be given to applicants with the following: - Post-secondary Administrative course work. - Experience working in a Social Services setting. - Experience working with ICM (Integrated Case Management) and Management Information System (MIS). - Applicants who self-identify as First Nations, Métis or Inuit with the required combination of education and experience. There is one (1) regular part time position available. These positions have full time on-site requirements in Pemberton Office. An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies. A Criminal Record Check (CRC) will be required.
