**Overview**:
- As a
- **Transcription Services Manager**, you will respond to all transcription related questions, support our internal teams with requests.
**What you'll do**:
- Overseeing court transcription orders.
- Ensuring the delivery of transcripts, which includes printing the transcripts, binding and hand delivering the transcripts to the courthouse.
- Ensuring the inputting important information into a spreadsheet regarding the production of each audio recording received, transcriptionist information, and delivery of same.
- Monitoring the downloading and checking new jobs coming in (correct audio and time estimates).
- Reviewing transcripts.
- Receive Parole Board requests.
- Review audio/paperwork.
- Enter requests into tracking sheet.
- Assign work to transcriptionists and upload.
- Received completed transcripts and review for completion.
- Create PDF document of transcript.
- Advise invoicing of page counts.
**REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION**:
- Excellent time management skill, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to communicate with all members of the public, government personnel, transcriptionists, and clients.
- Knowledge of numerous programs including, Access, Word, PDF, Excel is an asset
- Be courteous and helpful to all office staff, and any outside parties, including clients.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer service is an asset.
