VP Finance

OBJECTIVE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall goals
- Manage the budget and ensure that it is in line with the company's financial goals
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure that it is accurate and timely
- Work with other senior executives to make financial decisions that are in the best interests of the company
- Monitor the company's financial performance and identify areas where improvements can be made
- Oversee the financial planning process and ensure that the company is prepared for future financial challenges

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience in financial management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
