In this central role, you will support our management team and strengthen the critical link between our customer service and parts sales initiatives as a Ford dealership.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the prompt pickup and delivery of products within the city and surrounding areas. Assist in keeping our Parts areas organized.

**Duties**:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices & ensure order is complete

Examine the condition of the products at delivery or prior to accepting delivery. Ensure customer inspection and signoff on delivery

Accurately record all deliveries & pickups

Operate company vehicle in a cautious, responsible manner while complying with all rules and regulations of the road at all times.

Complete a pre/post inspection of the company vehicle, Check daily the fluid levels of the vehicle, the tire condition and ensure cleanliness inside and out.

Maintain continual courteous communications with the Parts Team and Customers keeping them updated regarding the status of assigned deliveries.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
- In-depth knowledge of Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently, with little or no supervision
- Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure with changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly ‘can do’ attitude.
- High attention to detail and effective organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
