**Description**

Our Client is seeking an Intermediate Technical Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience.

This resource will primarily work remotely; however, the resource may be required to attend meetings or work sessions in office on reasonable notice. Time to travel and any associated expenses to and from Edmonton and/or travel within Alberta will not be reimbursed. Resource will require own equipment. Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Broad understanding of the technical environment and linkages between systems. (3+ years)
- Experience in developing service maps for organizations with complex IT environments and infrastructure. (3+ years)

**Nice To Have Skills**
- ITIL Foundations certification.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (3+ years)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or other diagramming software. (3+ years)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM. (3+ years)
- Familiarity with TOGAF framework. (3+ years)

**Location**
- Edmonton/Remote

**Work Environment**
- 4 months with 1 possible 12-month extension

**Hourly Rate**
