**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate **bookkeeping** and **general ledger records** for client accounts.
- Prepare **bank reconciliations**, **financial statements**, and **working papers**.
- Assist in the preparation of **corporate and personal tax returns (T1 & T2)**.
- Support **GST/HST** and **payroll filings**.
- Participate in **year-end review and compilation engagements** under supervision.
- Communicate with clients to obtain required documentation and provide support.
- Work collaboratively within the firm to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Contribute to the implementation of efficient accounting and internal control systems.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a **four-year undergraduate degree** from a **Canadian university** (required).
- Enrollment in or completion of the **CPA Professional Education Program (PEP)** (required).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax concepts.
- Proficiency with **QuickBooks**, **Excel**, and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files simultaneously.

**To Apply**:
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
