**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also driving sales. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software is a plus but not required.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 12P - 8P
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
