Covid Compliance Manager

**Job description**
- Acting manager of day-to-day activities on film set.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise onset with cast/crew and any non-compliances.
- Help manage the workflow of training, testing, PPE, signage and other logístical items during the run of the Production.
- Assist COVID Compliance Supervisor in developing COVID Logistic plans when a new location is being used of filming.
- Attend location scouts when required. Complete scout assessments to ensure appropriate location for production.
- Conduct COVID screening, including ensuing that individuals have completed their daily questionnaire and temperature checks.
- Understand, implement and enforce protocols outlined in the COVID-19 Production Safe Set Protocols document.
- Understand, implement and enforce specific set protocols outlined in the Production specific COVID Policy and Procedures document.
- Ensure that cast and crew have appropriate personal protective equipment and are using said equipment correctly while onset.
- When required, take cast personal protective equipment while filming is taking place.
- Ensure there is sufficient stock of personal protective equipment.
- Place PPE order with supplier when required.
- Disinfect/sanitize items and surfaces where required.
- Maintain a safe working set.
- Participate in all training relevant and as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations as outlined by the company.
- Additional duties may be required from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Must have a science related university degree
- Management experience
- Strong writing and analytic skills
- Must have a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire others towards professional excellence and process improvement
- Maintains a confidential environment
- Documented commitment to continuing education
- Valid driver’s licence is necessary
**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
