Barista/bartender

**Narenj is hiring outgoing Baristas in Oakville**:

- $19 hourly, with opportunity for raises based on performance and experience.
- Full-time / part-time opportunities available.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.

**INTERVIEW**
- DRESS TO IMPRESS
- Come prepared with knowledge of our menu, either from prior knowledge or research.
- Be ready to make an espresso-based drink during the interview.
- Have your SMART SERVE Certification # and professional references available.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and attend to customers for an exceptional restaurant experience.
- Prepare espresso based drinks and alcohol based cocktails, following recipes to expected standards.
- Handle front counter tasks such as taking to-go orders/drinks, answering the phone, packing/serving pastries, cashing out customers, etc.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following health and safety specifications.
- Communicate clearly with all FOH and BOH staff.
- Attention to detail and efficiency is fundamental.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1+ years experience as a barista in the hospitality industry is required.
- Confidence in creating espresso-based drinks and cocktail drinks.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Currently not accepting High School or University/College students.
