**Kiosk Associate - Bayshore Centre**

**We are seeking passionate Kiosk Associates in the Ottawa-Gatineau area to join our village.**

Reporting to the Kiosk Supervisor, the** Kiosk Associate** will operate one of Nordik Spa Village’s temporary kiosks during the holiday period. The primary objective of the incumbent will be to promote and sell various spa products and services that meet the needs of our customers and our sales targets. To make your efforts even more rewarding, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in an exciting sales incentive program designed to recognize and celebrate top performance.

**What**you**’**ll**do**
- Inform customers about Nordik Spa Village’s various services and products.
- Identify customers needs while creating sales opportunities.
- Assist with the sales and purchase of Nordik gift certificates.
- Maintain heavy customer traffic.
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the kiosk.
- Perform other related duties.

**Profile**

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrates a high level of aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and is adept at learning new software.
- Experience with using a POS system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Versatile, thorough, and autonomous.
- Shows initiative.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Professional and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

**Requirements**:

- One-year experience in customer service.
- Experience in sales.
- Bilingualism, an asset (essential for some locations).

**Work Schedule & Locations**:
Full-time and / or part-time - Variable hours (Days, evenings, weekends and holidays required).

Be available from November 11 to December 31, 2025, and plan to attend one mandatory training session, (1 day) either on the last weekend of October or the first weekend of November.

Depending on your performance and operational needs, you may have the opportunity to join the Nordik Spa Village team after your kiosk contract ends.
