Job Profile:
We are looking for a full time Project Coordinator to join our in-house construction team in the Sherwood Park Office. As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be assisting in coordinating trades, scopes of work, permits, and contracts.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Reach out to trades for quotes and field questions accordingly.
- Review quotes and compare.
- Assist in creating scopes of work
- Help with scheduling trades
- Coordinate project deliverables with various stake holders.
- Organize and deliver drawing packages to government, utilities, and trades
- Coordinate contracts with project manager.

Qualifications:

- Graduate from an approved Technology Program or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Year of Project Coordinating experience

Skills required:

- Knowledge of standard construction practices and terms
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
- Able to navigate the internet effectively & efficiently.
- Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus

Compensation will vary depending on the qualifications and experience of the individual. Baydo offers a full health benefit package. Must be reside and legal to work in Canada.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
