Head Mixologist

Hotel Arts is looking for an experienced lead bartender to join our team as we prepare to open a brand new lounge concept.

**Job Details**
- Job Type: Full time
- Schedule: A mixture of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts will be required.
- Wage: Starting from $15.00 - 18.00 an hour.

**Job Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of previous bartending experience required
- Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead the bar team on day-to-day duties supporting the daily operational tasks such as closing duties in a supervisory capacity.
- Daily preparation and closing of bar area, including stock management and cleaning duties.
- Coach new bartenders and barbacks following a training schedule and ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
- Responsible for managing all Bar operations to deliver an unrivaled guest experience, with a focus on creativity and authenticity.
- Requires standing/walking throughout shift
- Lifting trays of up to 20 lbs., reaching and bending
- Flexible schedule required
- Valid ProServe Certificate required
