**Position**: Multi-Unit and Corporate Accounts Manager (Contract Term)
**Location**: Rocky View, Alberta (In-person Position/Not remote)
**Term**: 1 Year (Maternity Leave Coverage), with the Option to Extend
**Reports To**: Director of National Accounts

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Account Coordination and Communication**
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and credit requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions.
- Distribute and review reports with clients, adjusting order guides as necessary.
- Manage communication with logistics teams regarding delays and linehaul updates.

**Inventory and Order Management**
- Conduct regular inventory analysis for chain accounts. Respond and communicate proactively on supply concerns.
- Tracked and resolved shortages and late orders, maintaining updated records for customer and corporate management.
- Coordinate Limited-Time Offers (LTOs) for chain accounts and communicate details to relevant teams.

**Financial and Compliance Oversight**
- Collaborate with accounting to follow up on receivables and handle NSF payments.
- Prepare and submit rebate and compliance reports for select accounts.

**Reporting and Analysis**
- Generate and review sales velocity, compliance, fill-rate, and rebate reports for various multi-unit accounts monthly.
- Provide pricing reports and oversee inventory and reporting requirements.
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews of high-priority reports and respond to service, customer and supply needs as needed.

**Customer Meetings and Engagement**
- Prepare for and participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customer meetings to discuss account status, upcoming LTOs, and address any ongoing issues.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a high-volume food service environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with learning and utilizing a variety of ERP and support software suites
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
