Dingo Detail & Paint is a mobile detailing and refinishing business servicing cars, trucks, boats, and RVs. We operate outdoors year-round at customer locations and focus on high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer who takes pride in their work and is comfortable with physical, all-weather work.

**Responsibilities**
- Interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, boats, and RVs
- Washing, pressure washing, vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, and protection
- Cleaning wheels, tires, trim, gelcoat, and glass
- Using professional equipment including steamers, gas-powered pressure washers, air compressors, and air tools
- Inspecting vehicles for cleanliness and noting any existing damage
- Providing professional, friendly customer service on-site
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Driving and positioning vehicles as required
- Working outdoors daily in all weather conditions
- Accessing higher areas on RVs and boats using ladders
- Eventually operating a cube step van as the role expands

**Requirements**:

- Permanent resident or citizen of Canada (required)
- Ability and confidence to drive a Grumman step van
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate larger vehicles
- Automotive detailing or cleaning experience preferred (training provided)
- Comfortable using steamers, gas pressure washers, and air compressors
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour (lifting, bending, standing for long periods, working at heights)
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Professional attitude with good customer service skills

**Nice to Have**
- Machine polishing experience
- Experience with boats, RVs, or gelcoat
- Familiarity with professional detailing products and techniques
- Experience with commercial or larger vehicles
