Digital Press Operator

We are actively seeking a versatile, energetic, experienced person to join our Digital Reproduction team to work during the Midnight Shift.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Operation of Xerox Iridesse 120, Nuvera 157/288 digital B&W presses & inline bindery
- Perform their duties with little supervision
- Follow all EH&S requirements as trained throughout the year
- Responsible for productivity levels set by Management
- Responsible for Quality assurance of customer product.
- Troubleshoot problems to maintain quality standards and to keep press equipment in running condition - request maintenance as required
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to, proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimum operation
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Willingness to cross train into Bindery, Kitting, and Large Format as needed
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1 to 2 years digital press experience preferred (will train on the job)
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, bondable, reliable
- Ability to lift large items as some heavy lifting will be required
- Ability to work occasional overtime shifts
- Willing to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
