With close to 70 locations across North America and just shy of 20,000 homes revamped, Spray-Net is the home-improvement service that is changing the way homeowners renovate Our company has been featured on CBC’s Dragons’ Den, HGTV, Entrepreneur and Forbes. Instead of a regular paint job, we deliver a factory-quality finish for siding, doors, windows or kitchen cabinets that won’t peel and looks just like-newnot repainted. By formulating a coating for the surface we’re painting and adjusting it to the weather conditions on the day that we’re painting, we give homeowners the most customized and innovative paint solution on the market.

JOB DESCRIPTIONSeen our product and realize that it’s a no brainer to sell? Well you’re right, our top sales people have very high success rates because our product makes so much sense it almost sells itself. Almostwhich is why we need talented people like you. Hours are primarily Monday to Friday but occasional evening and weekend availability may be requiredSalary plus performance based commissionService Area: Ottawa West (up to 1.5 hours from our office)
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Sales
- Manage and complete the Spray-Net sales process (customer consultation, use our software to provide a quote, follow up with homeowners)
- Arrange for or collect job deposits
- Assist in colour selection (additional training provided)
- After-sales support as needed with your customers
- Relationship building and maintenance
- Participation in home shows
- Mentor and coach new team members as appropriate
- Promote positive brand image
- Weekly sales data reporting
- Assist in paint order and inventory management
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- **Languages**: English
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Independent & self-motivated
- Strong time management & communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- Fluent in Outlook and basic knowledge of Excel
- proof of COVID-19 vaccination
