**Company Overview**

EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager to lead our Location in Niagara/Hamilton. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network.

**Job brief**
We are looking for a Operations Manager, the role ensures that the Operations and full production of the business are being handled in an organized, profitable, and brand enhancing manner. It is typically a full-time position through the Spring/Summer/Fall months and remains all year if considerable interior winter work is booked.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for ownership
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Operations or Construction Supervisor or Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the pavement industry
- Experience in job planning
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
