**About the Opportunity**

As a Corporate Paralegal you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the day-to-day legal operations of our organization. Collaborating closely with the General Counsel, you will:

- Develop and maintain a document repository for executed contracts.
- Assist with contract lifecycle management, including drafting, review, approval, and execution.
- Assist with the development and periodic review of standard contract templates.
- Summarize key terms and conditions of material contracts and help monitor compliance.
- Assist with the administration of access requests under Shannex’s privacy policy
- Maintain and update legal databases and resources.
- Draft and review legal correspondence.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.

**About You**

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

- Diploma in paralegal studies/legal administration or an undergraduate degree.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in a legal support position with a law firm or in an in-house legal setting.
- Strong knowledge and skill with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook.
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
