**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales progress effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A proactive approach to business development with the ability to identify new sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
