We mainly deal with patients who require biologics/specialty medications used in the treatment of chronic medical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, urticaria, ulcerative colitis, and many others.
At Rx Connect Specialty Pharmacy, we provide patient-centric healthcare and assist patients in overcoming the challenges of specialty pharmacy. We utilize innovative strategies to deliver patients access to specialized therapy in a cost-effective, timely and caring manner leading to improved adherence, therapeutic success and overall well-being.
- **About The Position**:_
Reporting to the IT manager, the IT associate will be responsible for supporting the Rx Connect Specialty Pharmacy & Clinics. The role will be responsible for certain aspects, as it pertains to website development and maintenance, development and maintenance of social media accounts and administrative tasks associated with patient care, enrolment for the provision of reimbursement, scheduling, and drug order as requested.
- **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Oversees the functionality of the company website, evaluate, and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain, and update website content
- publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing the layout, streamlining navigation, and increasing online presence to potential customers
- Website maintenance, including but not limited to adding features and ensuring the website is always functioning at an optimal level
- Creation, development, and maintenance of all company social media accounts
- Development and integration of Portals for specific divisions.
- is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring a company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
- Maintain workflow through effective task prioritization and teamwork
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of information flow and management of business processes
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (Scheduling, IT), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Play a significant role in planning, including an initiative geared toward operational and performance excellence
- Regular meetings with the Senior Director, Directors, Regional Business Leaders, and Business Area Managers
- IT Manager will also be assigned other administrative duties and tasks as required from time to time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
