I’m going to keep this short and simple; we are looking for a Customer Experience Representative for a Southeast Registry in Edmonton. You will be at the forefront of the Registry providing exceptional service to our customers, you will assist individuals with a wide range of motor vehicle-related services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, accurately, and with a smile.

Certifications in AHC, CORES or Basic Registry Certifications experience is a bonus

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance on motor vehicle regulations, processes, and documentation requirements, making complex procedures accessible and understandable for customers.
- Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and creative problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Provide clean Police Information Check
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
