Retail Supervisor

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies and stock replenishment.
- Organize staff schedules to optimize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with store management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques for hiring new staff members.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- A positive attitude and strong leadership qualities to inspire team performance.
