We are growing and looking for experienced and motivated people to continue our growth in this industry.

We are seeking dedicated Surveillance Investigators to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases in a dynamic environment.

Compensation is commensurate with the amount of surveillance experience you have in the insurance fraud field. Investigators with extensive surveillance experience may start within the $25 to $35 per hour range.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Conduct surveillance for a variety of legal and corporate cases
- Document findings through video, photography, and detailed reports
- Collaborate with clients to strategize and deliver results

**Required Qualifications**
- A valid Ontario Private Investigators License is a mandatory requirement in this role
- Proven experience in surveillance investigations (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong observational skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficient with surveillance equipment and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Full driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Access to a suitable vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
- Ability to perform physical activities and sit for extended periods of time
- Access to a reliable, surveillance-suitable vehicle and a fully functional covert camera setup
- Must provide current professional references
- An HD video camera
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight
