**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on blueprints, specifications, and site visits.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to analyze project requirements and generate accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimation process.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible rates for materials and services.
- Review and analyze bid proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and contracts for future reference.
- Assist in project management tasks as needed, including tracking project timelines and budgets.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding pricing.
- Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members through effective communication.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to identify potential issues before they arise.

Pay: $48,606.84-$88,323.25 per year
