**How You'll Perform the Role**
Under the direction of the Supervisor and designated Shift Leads, this position is responsible for the efficient set-up and operation of the blown film extrusion lines. This is an entry-level position.
- Safely and efficiently set-up and operate extrusion lines to produce high quality HDPE film
- Ensure that proper materials are being used in accordance with procedures
- Monitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shift
- Assure proper packaging and labeling of film
- Complete daily production reporting
- Operate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and waste

**What We Need From You**
- Must be Eligible to work in Canada
- Able to work 12 hour rotating day and night continental schedule
- Must have reliable attendance
- Work overtime as required.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Fluent in English - speaking, writing, reading
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
