We’re hiring Reach Forklift Operators for a full-time position in a growing, forward-thinking company. This role offers stability, growth, and a rewarding experience.

Position Details:

- Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (no weekends)

Competitive Pay Structure:

- Certified Operators (Reach with 1+ years of experience): $22.40/hour + $1.50/hr premium for afternoon shifts
- Certified Operators (daytime only): $22.40/hour

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Operate Reach Forklifts: Load, unload, and move products efficiently and safely.
- Order Management: Manage and retrieve orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Prepare and Verify Orders: Pick and pack precise orders for our valued HVAC-R clients, ensuring accuracy in every shipment.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- Experienced with Reach Forklift: At least one year of experience on the Reach forklift is ideal.
- Team Player: You’re punctual, reliable, and committed to the team’s success.
- Certified and Ready to Learn: If certified, great If not, we’ll provide full training to get you up to speed.
