**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to meet organizational needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Utilize ERP systems and MRP tools to track inventory levels and forecast demand accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Oversee the procurement process from sourcing through purchasing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze pricing trends and negotiate contracts that align with budgetary constraints.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality or delivery timelines.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in global sourcing or procurement within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated skills in vendor management, negotiation, and pricing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
