**Nature and Scope**

The PC will work on various projects within a versatile team where all your skills will be put to good use. As the PC, you will work closely with our internal departments and external subcontractors to restore community homes following disasters such as fires and water damage. As the PC, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of each project from start to finish.
- Serve others within your community in their time of need.
- Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property.
- Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e., mitigating flood and fire damage).
- Produce Work Orders from estimates for both in-house and subcontracting teams.
- Create scopes of work alongside the site coordinator.
- Create project schedules for in-house and subcontracting teams.
- Monitor the ongoing work orders and flag potential budget issues
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Producing progress reports for the department manager and site coordinators.
- Assist the Production Manager with daily tasks.
- Manage project change orders.
- Scheduling both in-house and external vendors where required.
- Tracking & management of onsite equipment, permits, resources and material deliveries.
- Updating all platforms on project status, along with monitoring project completion times.
- Work closely with the estimating division to create profitable and attractive work orders.
- Work proactively with both Project Managers and site Coordinators to improve efficiency.
- Distribute complete packages to Project Coordinators.
- Upload documentation reports and photos to designated platforms.
- Monitor and update timecards before submitting them to accounts payable.
- Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others.
- Managing all administrational aspects of projects from start to finish.
- Be part of the on-call rotation.
- Develop the KnowHow Processes for your department.
- Organize and participate in departmental meetings, huddles and group activities.
- Participate in local community events.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and trades professionals.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**

To be up to the exciting challenge of this PC role, you must have a professional profile that includes:

- More than 2 years of experience in operations coordination, within the construction industry
- A basic understanding of the restoration industry would be an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team player skills.
- Must have experience working with work orders & budget creation.
- Must be able to make confident decisions and defend them to others.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize.
- Highly advanced ability to influence, persuade and negotiate project resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Highly advanced ability to develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and quality driven.
- Highly advanced ability to manage relationships and expectations.
- Possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices and technologies in order to optimize project delivery and deliver value to the client.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable vehicle.
- Must provide a clean criminal background record.
