Production and Assembly Operator

**Responsibilities**:
- _Equipment Operation: _Operate and maintain bottling line equipment in strict _adherence to quality control standards._
- _Quality Control:_ Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure product quality and efficiency. Conduct regular quality control checks and meticulously document results.
- _SOP Adherence:_ Follow established standard operating procedures for bottling line equipment and product handling, ensuring consistency and product integrity.
- _Maintenance and Cleaning:_ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of bottling line equipment and the surrounding work area to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
- _Warehouse Management: _Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bottling and packaging area as well as the general warehouse space as appropriate. This includes material storage, movement, and distribution.
- _Inventory Support: _Assist in periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- _Collaboration: _Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bottling line and warehouse, contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
- _Safety and Quality:_ Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain strict compliance with quality control standards and guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant experience in production, packaging and/or assembly management preferred
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in English _and_ Spanish is preferred (but not required).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the keen ability to take ownership of problems and their solutions.
- Proficiency in production scheduling and inventory management preferred
- Knowledge of, and experience with, quality control standards and guidelines and their implementation preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of bottling line equipment and maintenance is an asset.

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Kitchener, ON N2G 4X8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
