We are looking for a Warehouse and Customer Service Associate to join our team to handle the position that will combine warehouse operations and customer service responsibilities to ensure efficient order processing, timely delivery, and proficient customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- **Picking and Packing**: Retrieve ordered items from the warehouse shelves, ensure accurate picking, and pack products securely for shipping. Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- **Shipping and Receiving**: Coordinate outbound shipments. Prepare shipping labels, select appropriate carriers, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- **Order Processing**: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities, and pricing. Input orders into the system for further processing.
- **Customer Communication**: Interact with customers to confirm order details, provide shipment updates, and address inquiries.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively. Work to resolve issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a good understanding of the company's products to provide accurate information and guide customers in making purchasing decisions.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, returns, and customer interactions in the system.
- **Returns and Exchanges**: Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Multitasking**: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, such as processing orders, answering customer inquiries, and coordinating shipments, to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
- **Time Management**: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet order processing and shipment deadlines.

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
