**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to service calls for towing and roadside assistance.
- Safely operate tow trucks and other vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assess vehicle conditions and determine appropriate towing methods based on the situation.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing their needs.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs or troubleshooting as needed during roadside assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including mileage, time, and any incidents that occur during service.
- Ensure that all towing equipment is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles onto tow trucks safely.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with automotive repair and strong mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is required for operating tow trucks.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet in emergency situations.
