**Job Overview**:
Under the general supervision of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor; the **Mixer’s** primary responsibility is to mix raw materials in order to create finished products according to the batch recipes. They will ensure that equipment is operated within process specifications and that good quality product is produced at all times.

**Shifts Available**:

- Day Shift: 6:45am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm
- 11:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:45pm to 7:00AM

**Location:  Clark Facility -**1555 Clark Blvd, Brampton, ON, L6T 5S4

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensures correct ingredients are used for each batch
- Strictly follows recipes to make product batches and feed production lines at required rates
- Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times
- Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications
- Strictly follows recipes to make product batches and feed production lines at required rates
- May be required to use thermometers or other instruments to monitor process
- Participate in changeovers and clean-up or sanitation of equipment
- Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards
- Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience is an asset

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast paced environment in an automated, high-speed manufacturing facility
- Temperature controlled and clean working environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
