**Position Type**: Full Time, Permanent, Onsite
**Position reports to **Vice President of Finance
Lépine is well established as a premier builder and landlord in Eastern Ontario and specializes in building premium, resort-style, multi-family apartment communities. We have built well over 10 million square feet of residential construction and continue to grow.

**_POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Maintain historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly on the network and internal filing systems.
- Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time, depending on organizational requirements_.
**_POSITION REQUIREMENTS_**
- A Degree or Certificate in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Minimum of three (3) years Accounts Payable
- Previous experience in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Excellent fluency in English and French is an asset
- Proven knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent at organization and ability to prioritize tasks
**Special conditions**:
- The work is primarily performed in an office environment.
- Sitting or standing for long periods at the workstation.
- Occasional work beyond regular office hours may be required from time to time.
