As a sales and customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales and fostering strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key qualifications and skills we're looking for:

- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively

**Salary**: $15.50-$22.45 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peterborough, ON K9L 2A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Peterborough, ON K9L 2A3
