**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services offered.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with the intake process, including collecting necessary documentation and verifying insurance information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Support office operations by performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

**Skills**
- Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems to ensure accurate documentation and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- A background in general office experience is beneficial for supporting various administrative functions.
