NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Techno Functional to join their team in Vancouver, British Columbia.

**Job Description**:
Day to Day job Duties:

- Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
- Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
- Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
- Contributes to developing assets, accelerators, offerings and differentiators in the HCM space.

Basic Qualifications:

- 6+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization
- Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
- Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
- Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
- Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.
- Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.
