- SAP BI Platform/Information Platform Services (IPS)
- IPS Installation and Administration under HA Cluster setup
- SAP Data Services (BODS)
- BODS ETL programming and job development
- BODS Management Console Batch Scripting
- BODS Installation, Configuration and Administration under HA Cluster setup
- SAP Financial Information Management (FIM)
- FIM VBS Scripting
- FIM Installation and Administration under HA Cluster setup
- SAP Financial Consolidation (FC)
- Installation and Administration under HA Cluster setup
- SAP Financial Consolidation Cube Déployer and Designer (FCD)
- Installation and Administration under HA Cluster setup
- WS-FTP Installation and Administration under HA Cluster setup
- SFTP Connection setup/key exchange with Target Host
- Microsoft SQL Server DBMS
- Maintain and stand-up FMS DR (Disaster Recovery) environment
- Work with SAP Product Support via SAP Incident Tickets and SAP KB OSS Notes to trouble shoot FMS Application issues specific to IPS/BODS/FIM/FC/FCD suite of SAP products.
- Investigate, Troubleshoot and Remediate Vulnerability and Patching issues impacting Windows OS, SQL Server DBMS, SAP Applications (IPS/BODS/FIM/FC/FCD), Web Servers (Tomcat, IIS), JDK/JRE for Middleware, OS Config, DB Config vulnerability types.
- Working knowledge of Service Now to raise Incident and Change Requests and Atlassian Tools (JIRA/Confluence)
- On-Call 24/7 L4 Production Support during Monthly Business Critical (BD -7 to BD6 Hard close) for FMS Application
- On-Call 24/7 L4 Production Support Daily for S4-BODS Application
- Support QA/UAT teams for projects in-flight, fix defects as raised and reported
- Prepare supporting documentation (Design/Development/Installation Build guides) for all project deliverable.
