**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Supervise and direct the work of janitorial staff. Training of new team members.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to client’s standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and procedures, ensuring that all staff are safe and trained appropriately.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve client complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Communications**: Report to managers on a regular basis on the jobs tasks with.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or facilities management industry.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in facilities management or related field a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Driving**:Class 5 license with vehicle is required to drive and transport team members to and from job sites.
- **Safety certifications**:Any safety training is an asset (ex. First Aid, WHMIS, Food Safety, etc.)

- Class 5 Licence (required)
